Mount Kalaga in GTA 6 is a national park in the wild north of Leonida. It is the state’s great outdoors: forests, trails, hunting and off-road driving, far from the neon of Vice City.

What Rockstar has shown
Rockstar introduced Mount Kalaga National Park on its official website in May 2025. Its profile highlights outdoor life, so this is where Leonida feels most like wilderness.
Because the park is built for hunting and off-roading, trucks and off-road vehicles should feel at home here. However, Rockstar has not confirmed any hunting mechanics or missions in the park yet.

Exploring Mount Kalaga in GTA 6
Exploring Mount Kalaga in GTA 6 should be the closest thing to a nature trip in Leonida. The park covers forests and trails, so expect fewer roads and more dirt tracks. Also, hunting is part of its official description, which suggests wildlife and rifles rather than city traffic. Because the park lies in the north of the state, it is likely far from Vice City, so a reliable off-road vehicle will help. However, Rockstar has not confirmed how hunting works yet. Compare it with the wetlands in our Grassrivers entry.
What we don’t know yet
We do not know how large the park is or what is hidden in it yet. However, we will add trails, wildlife and secrets from launch day on November 19, 2026. Meanwhile, read our Leonida map guide or browse every location in Leonida.
Every fact on this page comes from Rockstar’s official website, the trailers or the Newswire, and each one is listed in the sources below. Also, we never add rumours or leaked map details. So if a field in the fact sheet is empty, it means Rockstar has not confirmed it yet.
