Port Gellhorn in GTA 6 is a faded resort town on Leonida’s Gulf Coast. Its industrial port has seen better days, and the town feels a world away from the glitz of Vice City.

What Rockstar has shown
Rockstar introduced Port Gellhorn on its official website in May 2025, alongside Trailer 2. So far, it presents the town as a place past its peak: old resort buildings, a working port and quieter streets.
Because of that contrast, Port Gellhorn should show a different side of Leonida from the neon city. Also, its port suggests boats and shipping, although Rockstar has not confirmed any missions here.

Exploring Port Gellhorn in GTA 6
A trip to the Gulf Coast should show the quieter, rougher side of Leonida. Instead of luxury towers and nightclubs, expect worn-out resort buildings, cranes and shipping containers. Also, the Gulf Coast setting means beaches and boats are never far away. Because Rockstar likes to satirise small-town life as much as big-city glamour, towns like this often hide some of the funniest side characters. However, Rockstar has not named any characters from Port Gellhorn yet, so we will add them here once we meet them. Compare it with the big city in our Vice City entry.
What we don’t know yet
We do not know the size of the town, its businesses or its characters yet. However, we will add everything we find from launch day on November 19, 2026. Meanwhile, read our Leonida map guide or browse every location in Leonida.
Every fact on this page comes from Rockstar’s official website, the trailers or the Newswire, and each one is listed in the sources below. Also, we never add rumours or leaked map details. So if a field in the fact sheet is empty, it means Rockstar has not confirmed it yet.
